GLOBAL – The Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) Foundation has launched a new plan on its Assurance Platform dubbed “FSSC On-Site”, meant to provide real-time information on FSSC 22000 certification.
The Assurance Platform is a secure digital solution that enables transparency and informed decision-making for any organization and the entire consumer-goods industry supply chain.
FSSC On-Site is a module within the Assurance Platform to enable organizations to get access to automated updates of certification status data.
“For only €950 (U.S$1004) ex. VAT a year, you’ll receive real-time access to the FSSC 22000 certification status of the organization of your choice. Mark any FSSC 22000 Certified Organization as your favorite to receive automatic email notifications on certificate changes.
“You can easily categorize each favorite as your own site, a supplier, or a partner and add a unique ID to identify them,” says FSSC.
Companies can integrate the platform with their IT systems using FSSC’s special API. The subscription gives room for five users.
The platform is open to any company that wishes to access real-time information on their FSSC 22000 certification regardless of whether they’re FSSC 22000 certified or not.
Within two working days of receiving a subscription request for the FSSC On-Site module, FSSC will examine the request. The applicant will then get the invoice via email upon approval.
The applicant will then obtain email access to their FSSC On-Site account five working days after making payment on the invoice.
The subscription contract will be automatically renewed every 12 months until the client chooses to cancel their subscription. FSSC will send an invoice for the yearly rate on the anniversary of the subscription.
In case a client wishes to cancel their subscription, the cancellation has to be done at least 1 month before the end of their subscription contract.
“You will continue to have access to your account for the remaining period within your one-year contract (if applicable),” clarifies FSSC.
The FSSC Foundation is an independent non-profit organization that is the owner of the FSSC 22000 and FSSC 24000 Schemes, which bring impact and trust beyond certification.
By applying efficient ISO Management System standards in an integrated manner, the Foundation helps the consumer products industry safeguard its brands and meet its goals.
“The mission of FSSC is to provide trust and deliver impact to the consumer goods industry. We aim to help organizations contribute to the global SDGs and create a better world,” says FSSC on its website.
